Each assignment has its own order form setting out what is included, when it takes place and what it costs. That is the document you sign. These terms cover what applies to every assignment.

Quotes are valid for one month. The assignment is confirmed once you accept the order form, by signature or by email.

I take on a limited number of assignments at a time, so the first available date is usually within six weeks of confirmation. Dates are allocated in order of confirmed assignments.

You can move a confirmed date once at no cost, if you tell me at least thirty days in advance and we find a new date within six months. After that it counts as a cancellation.

Costs already committed are charged separately: venue, printing, travel, third-party licences. Participants who do not attend cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

All prices exclude VAT. Invoices are payable within thirty days.

Below €10,000 I invoice after delivery. Between €10,000 and €25,000 I ask for a 30 % advance. Above €25,000 the invoice is split into three. A first assignment always includes an advance.

Anything not listed in the order form is not included. This covers travel, venue, catering, third-party licences and work outside the agreed scope. Work outside office hours carries a 50 % surcharge. Prices are indexed each year in January.

The 8 P's of Work™ gives people language for what they need from their work environment, and gives managers a way to act on it.

It is not a psychological test, a diagnosis or medical advice. It is not an assessment tool and cannot be used as a basis for hiring, promotion, pay, sanctions or dismissal. It does not replace your legal obligations around wellbeing at work.

I work to the best available standard and the best available research. I do not guarantee an outcome such as a retention rate or an engagement score, because that depends on what happens after the programme.

Individual results are only visible to the person who filled them in. This applies without exception, because the method relies on people answering honestly.

• Managers, HR and leadership have no access to individual profiles, answers or recommendations, including on request
• Reporting is aggregated and anonymised, and only for groups of ten participants or more
• Each participant decides what they bring into a conversation with their manager

In return, you agree not to pressure people into sharing their results and not to make participation a condition for any evaluation or decision.

For your participants' data I act as processor and you remain responsible. This is covered by a data processing agreement that forms part of the contract. For my own contacts, subscribers and website visitors I am the controller.

For paid assignments you choose where the data is stored: an environment I manage, or one you provide. Custom setups are possible.

Anonymised and aggregated data is used for research and benchmarking. It cannot be traced back to a person or to your organisation, and benchmark figures are only published for segments covering at least three organisations.

Please do not send special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR, such as health information. If any is entered, either party flags it and it is deleted.

The 8 P's of Work™, FUEL521, the templates and everything built around them remain the property of OTCHO. After payment you have a non-exclusive right to use the materials within your own organisation. Templates delivered as lasting instruments can be used indefinitely.

Not permitted: reselling or publishing the materials, teaching the method to others, building derivative tools or questionnaires, and using them to train AI systems. External consultants and freelancers you bring in may use the materials for your project only, and you are responsible for making sure they are bound to that.

I may name you as a reference. Let me know if you would rather I did not.

Applies both ways, during the assignment and for three years afterwards. The usual exceptions apply for information that was already known, independently developed or public. Individual participant data is never covered by those exceptions.

Complaints about a session should reach me within fourteen days, or within thirty days of noticing something you could not reasonably have spotted earlier. The first response is to redo the work or adjust the price.

Liability is capped. Article 12 of the full terms sets out the amount. Indirect losses are excluded, as are decisions you take on the basis of the work.
